By this time the temperature was starting to drop. We were all getting tired and ready to return to our luxurious pop-up camper. However before we left we had to swing by and see "Plymoth Rock". Yes a rock completed our day. Tomorrow we will return here to finish the plantation and tour the Mayflower replica!

Plymonth was our educational stop. There was a large building full of interesting activities including a movie and a hand crafter making furniture and other wood products by hand. The Plantation featured two different environments: the Native people who explained a great deal of their way of life; and the pilgram village in which they re-enacted how it was back when they settled the area.

To complete our day we decided to make our way up to Plymoth plantation. Despite a little rain we found some beautiful lighthouses and a rather enjoyable and personal touch to the Plymoth plantation tour (plus our tickets were good for another day).

Sherry found her coffee and Graeme found his Sweet Tea (well sorta).

Tuesday we went to Woodshole. We had plans to bike ride the trails along the beaches and harbors but found it just as exciting to park and walk around town. I got some of my favorite pictures here and we saw one of our favorite lighthouses.

It was neat to see the monument marking the landing of the Mayflower and the signing of the Mayflower compact. We had a blast taking pictures around the shops and down at the harbor. It was absolutly beautiful and even though they closed the monument about the time we arrived we had a great time.

The drive to Provincetown was beautiful. Sherry said she felt like she was in another country.
